South Meadows Parkway Office Building This office complex is a dynamic, visually exciting space that helped establish the building standards for the entire business park where it is located. The 13,000 s.f. one story complex was design-built. Network Electric This 20,000 s.f. building has 5,000 s.f. of office space and 15,000 s.f. of warehouse space. The building was also constructed with a 5,000 s.f. mezzanine for future expansion. Server Technologies This 23,500 s.f. manufacturing office/warehouse project is another design-build project. The project included a structural steel mezzanine for future expansion above the new 6,000 s.f. office space. Future warehouse expansion from 17,500 s.f. to 37,500 s.f. has been included. Southwest Commerce Center Industrial Park This 582,000 s.f. industrial center is located in southwest Reno. TNT performed design assist and conceptual pricing. TNT was also contracted to build out the tenant improvements following the shell completion.
