Governor's Mansion Remodel/Expansion State of Nevada The complete remodel of the existing Governor's Mansion was negotiated. The scope of work included an interior remodel. The addition of the North Hall has a full banquet kitchen and garage. Mackay Stadium Skybox Addition University of Nevada This project consisted of demolition of the existing 2 story skyboxes and the construction of a new 3 story skybox facility. Addition includes media and meeting facilities. Digestive Health Center This 9,775 s.f. outpatient surgery center was done on a design-build basis. The entire construction process including design, permitting and construction took seven months to complete. Future expansion planned for a later date is included in the design.
