Sierra Nevada Golf Course Club House This 5,000 s.f. interior remodel of the existing golf clubhouse included the main seating area, bar and kitchen remodel. TNT's in house labor performed the installation of the custom millwork trim and finishes. The exterior decks feature a special rubberized coating to protect from spiked golf shoes. Silver Peak Restaurant and Brewery This project entailed remodeling the existing 3,000 s.f. structure and adding approximately 2,550 s.f of new kitchen and brewery areas. Great care was taken not to disturb the foundation of the existing building originally constructed in 1906. Lighthouse of the Sierra Phase One This project consists of 26 each pre-manufactured housing units with a play area, gazebo/BBQ area and public parking.
