This was a negotiated, design assist project. The project was fast tracked and constructed in 9 months. The dormitory is 7-story with 133 rooms. Each floor contains student program areas, laundry facilities and public spaces.

The existing U.S. Post Office was relocated to the north side of the University campus to clear the site for Phase II. The new 7-story building ties directly into the Phase I Dormitory. This phase includes an additional 133 rooms and approximately 40,000 sq/ft of kitchen and dining space. The dining space offers a variety of dining options including Mongolian, pizza and hamburger grilles along with a convenience store. This phase was completed in 12 months.

This project consists of 33,000 sq/ft of space including 3,410 sq/ft mechanical/electrical room in the basement. The first floor consists of office and meeting space, a day Chapel and large worship area which seats 1,150 people. The project was completed on time and below budget.
